Hi, I'm !

I'm here to help you throughout your entire home buying and selling process. Trying to do it all on your own can be burdensome. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, assist you with paperwork, and more.  Sellers can count on a full range of service from me including pricing, preparing your home for sale, updates or repairs needed.  And I include staging at no additional cost!

    I have been a full-time real estate professional for over 14 years and a long-time resident of the Warsaw/Winona Lake community.  I hold a BA in Communcations from Grace College with work experience in sales - both in artist/musician booking and non-profit.  My husband, Allyn, has been the moderator of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy for over 15 years and is VP of engagement and operations at OrthoWorx - a local non-profit that supports the local orthopedic industry.  We have 2 married daughters and a grand baby on the way!  Even though you might be a new client, Its very possible we have mutual friends in this community!  Lets get together and chat about your potential "why" for moving.  I'll look forward to meet you!
